Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any issues accessing your files or receive a damaged or incorrect file, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If the package needs to be resent due to wrong address, customer is responsible for shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can quickly make it right.

Lost Package 

If your order says it was delivered and you have not received, please allow 24 hours to see if it arrives. If you still haven’t received it, please contact your local post office.

Order Cancellation Policy 

We prepare your order quickly and ship out your items. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been packaged and label has been printed. Please double check your order before completing checkout. By purchasing. you agree to these cancellation terms.
